Procedentes de Austria, Edenbridge es un grupo de Symphonic Power Metal formado en 1998. Es una banda del estilo Stratovarious o más bien Nightwish con vocalista femenina pero no tan soprano como Tarja Turunen. Sus guitarras muestran tanto como potencia como carga melódica con buenos teclados, riffs preciosos y solos de guitarra muy buenos. A lo largo de toda su discografía podemos ver una evolución respecto al Melodic Power Metal que presentaba en sus 5 primeros discos más al estilo de Kamelot, con muchos matices de progresivos quizás, pero encontraremos un muy buen Melodic Power Metal que se iría transformando poco a poco a un Symphonic Power Metal. Este cambio a Symphonic Power Metal se hace plenamente patente a partir del disco publicado en el 2008 "MyEarthDream". Su sonido termina en un Symphonic Power Metal enfocado más hacia el Symphonic Gothic Metal que ejecutan bandas como Within Temptation, Sirenia (en su último disco sobretodo), etc... Recomendar discos... pues depende de que os tire más a cada uno, si te gusta el Melodic Power Metal, los 5 primeros discos serán muy de vuestro agrado.
